That's not accurate at all...Kick Ass and Batman are nowhere near alike.
You cannot put those two in the same ballpark
Kick Ass is just an average joe with no resources at all

Batman only has money and he's a martial arts expert. Bill Gates has a ton of money, too, and if he was a martial arts expert, I'd like to see how long he would survive in Detroit. Daemon, all I'm is, is that Batman, even as a fictional character is not realistic. I mean, no superhero is, it's just that the ones who have super-human strength are more believable as fictional characters. I know that doesn't make much sense, but I don't know how to really explain it.

I disagree, and I think you're probably in the minority on this one. Especially since Batman is one of the most well-developed characters, worlds and probably one of the least ret-conned ones too.

But as Drole said, you can't think of these folks on a real world term...and actually if you wanted to pit Batman with someone on an equal level, put him against Black Panther....king of Wakanda.

true story, though he's hooked up with Storm these days.. or in the past days.. or something, isn't he? I don't know a lot about him.
I'd still say Iron Man's closer to Batman in spirit, but they're such different personalities, origins and methods.
That said, does Iron Man kill usually? That's kind of a big Batman plot point.

Yes, Storm and Panther have married.
Iron Man tries not to kill but killing is not his big 'to do'...Batman is a dirtier fighter though.
Panther has as much if not more (Im going for more)resourses than Batman

Hmmm.. Ok. Indy would sabotage the Falcon, somehow. And then they'd face off... mano a mano so to speak.
I'm going with Indy. Gun and whip vs. blaster. Neither of them are excellent shots. I think they'd end up just punching each other in the face until they gave up and went for a drink. But if they pushed to a winner, Indy.
