Um, I've heard of it during a more structured informal or at schools who are using some of the other formal recruitment structures (like Minimally Structured Recruitment) but not at a school like LSU (that uses the standard structured formal recruitment).
Yeah i knew that LSU wouldn't, but the OP posted in two places so I didn't feel too bad about hijacking this one to ask the question
