hey brother im a pike eta epsilon chapter in Texas.. recruiting is different at every chapter since not every chapter is the same, but we have big parties, and take the guys we met out to dinner on the orientation weekends and have a bunch of actives come in town. You need a good public speaker with a type A personality to rush guys.
