Everyone,
It seems as though people are confused about the New vs. Old. So lets put it this way...
Changes after 1990 are considered New and before 1990 are Old. Hopefully that will help with the confusion. I know its not exactly right but every place is different.

Now I think it is this mentality that we need to stop. Just because it will work doesn't mean it works well. "Love it"? Probably not as much as before the 90's did!
In reality, I think that greek organizations are training people to find loopholes in everything they do. I have never heard so much talk like "But according to law 4.3.5.6..." or "Its all right as long as we get fences" or "Your Fined!". Its getting to be annoying and stupid.
