From Penn State this year:
IFC: AEPi lost their charter after two of their pledges were hospitalized with alcohol poisoning.
Panhel: Tri Delta lost their charter for hazing.

How about you read some posts before you do any posting? You'll see that these things have been taken care of. Secondly, when you post a charter revocation or risk management issue on GC, you must ALWAYS post supporting documentation from a reputable news source or from the groups website.

I think it's funny how he went on his "OMG HAZING IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO" rant and the proceeded to post about chapters losing charters because of hazing.
Go figure.
