Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!

I cried several times, and I'm also confused. I'll pretty much put a big ditto on most questions you all posted just now. Maybe the people who died but WEREN'T in the church had already moved on? And when the hell did Penny die? Why do they have new people (Jack's son, Locke's fiancee, etc.) in the alternate world?

Some of the new people probably died while waiting or after hearing the news that this plane crashed.
