I'm pretty sure they were discussing moving to this format a few years ago. It'll be interesting. I think there are definitely other factors that come in to play with the high withdrawal rate that may or may not be solved with a move to a slightly deferred recruitment. Hopefully after they adjust it will work better for the Community there.
