Chapters on our campus have used Prographics in the past and had success with them; I can't personally attest to it but I've heard good things. Our chapter, however, has recently been using Rainmaker Graphics for our shirts; they produce VERY nice artwork and their prices are extremely reasonable. Additionally, they are the fastest company I've ever worked with- this fall I emailed them with a request, I had three artwork proofs to choose from in a matter of hours and the shirts were delivered in less than a week. They are also licensed by my organization. I cannot say enough good things about this company and they are definitely worth checking out!
