Omg I just made the best quesadilla! I'm only 2/6 of the way through it but I already know it's amazing! (Haha I cut it into 6 pieces...)
I'm trying to trick myself into eating more veggies so I cut them up and mix them in when I can. This has cheese, zucchini, black beans, corn, and garlic of course. I wish we had red bell pepper cause that'd would've been good. Nom nom!
