I think that our Founders put a lot of thought into our fraternity's colors AND the meaning behind them. Because of this, I would NEVER buy any fraternity para that isn't
blue and gold. BUT that's just me! Everyone has the right to wear what ever they want.
My chapter has the tradition of having family tree color, so our gatherings are quite colorful. One tree has black and white, another purple and white, and another green with plaid (YUCK!). But most people wear the navy and gold letters that they sell on the national website and at apocollection.com.
