Recruitment at my school was divided into four rounds:
Meet the chapters- (visit all 6)
Philanthropy- (visit up to 4)
House tours- (visit up to 3)
Preference- (visit up to 2)
Then bid day was Sunday night.
Not all chapters were housed, so the first 2 rounds were held in one of the buildings on campus and the last 2 were either at the houses or still in the same building as before.
Also, I have a tendency to write a lot (I blame one of my education profs for requiring us to write long, detailed lesson plans). If it gets to be too much, just let me know and I'll cut down my descriptions.
