Second, as gross as it is, it's nothing new. If this is the same restaurant, then it's been serving the breastmilk for a while. If not, then there is another restaurant that does that as well.
According to the 'powers that be' its not sanitary to use human breast milk. I personally wouldn't *knowingly* eat something made from human breastmilk, but it can't be any worse than cow's milk.
