fratty.net hasn't been around for a loooong time.
A few of the members got kicked out of their fraternities for it (I know at least one Kappa Sig).
This is a really old article. Oh, and I believe the reason they didn't get the house because they had some sort of large-scale rumble with another fraternity that resulted in a lot of arrests. If I remember correctly, which it's a bit fuzzy.
