^^^ For some reason the "pot pudding" doesn't sound so bad. I would give it a try. My wife uses turkey parts in her dressing and it is delicious.

lol - I know many people who would be extremely disappointed by that kind of "pot" pudding.

LOL - for some reason at my age I just didn't think about the other conotations for "pot pudding". God I am old!!!

Maybe both would be worth trying.
