I think the answer's no, but I want to confirm. Because of financial issues I have to go to a school with no greek life, but once I get my residency I plan to transfer to the nearest school that does, but only if I think it'll be totally worth it...

If you have friends in that sorority, they may invite you to visit. But you just can't randomly show up and say "hey, give me a tour!" Even with this, is't hard to see "what it's all about" through a visit with a friend. Some schools have Greek preview weekends in the spring for girls who are rushing the following autumn.
You also probably want to be sure something like this is OK with BYU as I realize they have more stringent rules for their students' off-campus activities than most colleges.
