A lot of people here like the orioles, and they're starting to steal fans away from the Braves. I guess the NOVA types root for the Nationals. Richmond now has the Flying Squirrels (AA baseball) and the Renegades (AA hockey). We had a WNBA team for a while, but I guess no one in town supported them. Even for a WNBA team.

Everyone in NOVA roots for Washington teams, which is good because no one who actually lives in Washington does!
