QFP stands for Quit Fiending Please. It's what we tell new people to tell family members and friends when they push towards a certain organization. Or new people who just dont get it. We keep a copy of your first post as receipt. So the next time your mama comes at you, just keep repeating "QFP." It'll help, like a coping mechanism.
