Wendy, I can't believe this guy was such an ass!!! A similar situation happened to a girl in my class last semester. Her fiance came home one day and was like "I don't want to get married and I want you to move out." I can't imagine what that must feel like!
Even though Maria's our legal eagle, I was thinking some of the same things! If they were joint accounts, get your money!!! Do you rent or own the place you were living, because if you both paid rent, he had no right to kick you out. And yeah, this is vengeful, but sell that ring...maybe you can pay your parents back for some of their expenses.
