You know what else is messed up alot of DCF clients have no idea who their caseworker is or what they look like, so that goes to show you just how much supervision is being done on this cases. Between horrible parents, caseworkers who are just out to earn a paycheck, and foster parents who just don't care, alot of these kids don't stand a chance. I'm sure Florida isn't the only state with a messed up child protective agency.
