is he the guy that said he was going to go live in a tower until someone gave him a million dollars? (or that God told him to live in a tower?). If so, my grandma sent him money...

Kinda sorta. He's the guy who said that God was going to "call him home" if he didn't raise $8 million in 3 months. That was an interesting 3 months.
