As a person of a certain age group, I can say that "Wee Willie Webber" who was on the ABC affiliate in Philadelphia in the 1960's and hosted the Breakfast Time show, used copacetic on every show to indicate that things were fine in Philly, especially with respect to the 76ers who were doing well at the time.

I have never heard anyone else use this word.
