Chartering size minimum fixed?

We used to say 40 women or average campus size, whichever is larger. However that's not the case anymore as we've chartered groups with under that.

The only fixed thing is to charter an alum chapter - 5 women are needed.

Our policy is that the application for colony status must have at least 15 signatures. Collegiate brothers who have been initiated at another chapter and have transferred may be included in the 15 necessary for an interest group/colony.

There must be at least 10 colony members to continue to Phase II of the colony process -- a nine-week phase that basically begins with formal pledging and culminates with initiation and chartering/rechartering. (Any transferred brothers included in that 10 do not, of course, have to be re-pledged or re-initiated.)

At least nine brothers are needed to charter a regional alumni association.
