I'd venture to say that every chapter has variations on the same we have our own version of yo ho in fact I'd venture to say that most fraternities in general have variations on these in fact I know a few Pike chapter that do the "born in the (whatever you like)" chant, in my chapters case it's the backwoods and raised in a cave but whatever.
Most of these seem to be based largely on the chapters local rivals for instance

I'm an asshole
we're assholes til we die
but I'd rather be an asshole
than a gd sigma chi
and then of course I don't know a fraternity on earth that doesn't do "here's to the breezes." If you don't know it just look it up.
