With brown, you can wear pink, teal, light blue and even black. With navy, you can wear anything but black.
I'd try pulling out all your shirts or bottoms (whichever you have less of) and put every bottom or shirt with it to see if you can make an outfit. Sometimes adding a few new accessories will do the trick as well.
