I work with the AOII chapter at ULM. Here is what I know. I think all of the chapters are at chapter total (60 is total) after formal recruitment. However, if they have December graduates they sometimes will have informal Continuous Recruitment activities. I would contact the Greek Life Office (
http://www.ulmgreeks.com/) and see if they have any more information. All three chapters there (AOII, Phi Mu, KD) usually make quota each recruitment and they all seem to maintain chapter total. I think if they have 1 or 2 open spots they just have informal events. There really isn't anything structured there for informal spring recruitment.
ETA: You had posted earlier you were interested in South Alabama? Are you going to ULM now? Any other Sunbelt schools you need info on?!?!?!
