Of course it didnt. But in out litigous society its sue 'em all and let the courts sourt them out. We can thank MADD for that. They are the ones who got this whole "spocial host responsibility" thing happening. WTF ever happend to individual responsibility? I cant stand MADD. They started with a great cause and now have turned into a neo-temperance movement. Hey, message to MADD: We tried the whole prohibition thing about 70 years ago. It didnt work for us.
