under this scenario does it mean a girl may have received her second choice because she was bumped to make sure everyone received a spot for all pnm's that went to pref
the reason I ask is that I thought it was a computerized system of bidding but your post makes it seems like there was a human element involved as well - which means bids and acceptances could be manipulated - which I don't think would happen - but if it completely computerized and fair girls would receive their first pref if that sorority also chose them
Aren't quota additions done AFTER the computer has worked its magic? In other words, everyone who can be matched with the program is, and then those few pnms still unmatched are added to chapters they had expressed an interest in . . . ? Or did I misunderstand?
