Probably because the box didn't read Crunch Berries*, followed by a disclaimer in fine print.
Or should it have said Crunch "Berries"?
My thing is, the "berries" are pink, blue and purple. Raspberries, blueberries and... (I don't know what verry is purple-ish) are nowhere near the colors/dyes used. And 4 years of eating it? The texture is the same as the rest of the cereal.

I don't twitter so I don't know, but can you tweet to 911? (Is that the right way to put it? "Tweet to?")

Yes, "send a tweet to 911" is correct
Twitter is basically like Facebook status updates that other people (followers) can read. So if, for example, you're following my page and I say "the bank is being robbed," you can see the update and call 911 on my behalf.
Hope that made sense.

^^^ Yes, thanks! It makes much more sense now.
I remember reading an article a few months ago about a man who tweeted about a woman needing an ambulance. He asked his followers to ReTweet. So, if I correctly understand what you wrote above, the ReTweet would be to call 911, and not to respond to his tweet. Right?

A retweet is kind of like a forwarded e-mail. If you're following my page and retweet my message, your next update will read "the bank is being robbed" so your followers can see it.

Hodousek says they ordered drinks, appetizers and a couple of main courses from the server. Among the items ordered was a bowl of french onion soup.
After the server brought the soup to the table, Hodousek says he immediately began eating the cheese which was spread across the top portion of the bowl.
As he ate the soup, he felt what he believed was a tough piece of cheese on the side of his mouth. When he couldn't chew it into pieces, he told his family that it felt like rubber, according to the court filing.
Hodousek says he spit it out into his napkin, at which time his wife said, "Oh my God, it's a condom."

Police investigate 'spanking' between newlyweds
http://www.ktvb.com/news/localnews/s....813893c1.html
COEUR D'ALENE -- A Coeur d'Alene woman says she is embarassed by a police report recently filed by her mother-in-law, in which a sex game beween her and her husband was investigated by officers.
The woman, who did not want to be identified, told KREM 2 News she and her husband are newly married, and recently moved into his parents' Coeur d'Alene home.
According to the police report, on Wednesday evening, the woman's mother-in-law heard "slapping" sounds coming from the couple's bedroom, and the garage.
After leaving the garage, the mother-in-law told police her daughter-in-law "hung her head and appeared to be sad and ashamed," while her son refused to say what the couple was doing.
Officers say the woman asked her son again the next morning, and he replied that he was spanking his wife, something he does "when she needs to be punished" or "when she gets out of line or lacks respect."
Worried about physical abuse, the woman called Coeur d'Alene Police. Officers told the woman to contact them again if a similar situation occurs again.

Holy crap I wonder if I know these people?

Good for the mother-in-law to side with the daughter-in-law in this circumstance. It takes a strong woman to go against her own flesh and blood.

As if South Carolina needs any more bad press, a woman videotaped a man having sex with her horse. Wait, it gets better. He had already been in jail for having sex with the same horse two years ago!

Imagine the embarrassment of the cops being called while doing crazy sexual stuff...totally funny, as long as they've not been called on you.

HOUSTON – An obese inmate in Texas has been charged after officials learned he had a gun hidden under flabs of his own flesh.
Twenty-five-year-old George Vera was charged with possession of a firearm in a correctional facility after he told a guard at the Harris County Jail about the unloaded 9mm pistol. The Houston Chronicle reported Thursday that Vera was originally arrested on charges of selling illegal copies of compact discs.

I searched the thread for "leprechaun" and it didn't yield any results, so I'm assuming that this hasn't been mentioned yet:

Unfortunately, this is NOT a joke. This was aired on a local news channel. But it's quite hilarious.
