The answer will depend on the school. At some schools, a PNM in pants would stick out like a sore thumb. At others, it wouldn't be odd at all. It'll be hard to get an answer here.

As an aside: I'm not muslim, and I'm relatively unfamiliar with their beliefs, but I'm surprised that pants would be acceptable. I was under the impression that women weren't allowed to wear clothing that resembled a man's clothing (hence my confusion over pants being ok).
