I would have to agree with soror. If there is no challenge or struggle the reward isn't as sweet. And getting rid of undergrads is definitely not the answer. Undergrads are the lifeline of the organization. Many grad members come from an undergrad chapter and the ones who didn't learned about the organization in college. I think if grad chapters were a little more involved and mentored young members a lot of these suits could be prevented.
It is not the pledging that injures these people it is the hazing(and there is a big difference)
