I'm sure many will be envious of the Sigma Chi's now, at least because of their house. As you know, it caught on fire towards the end of the first semester last year. We live two houses down from them. Reconstruction has been going on since then, and last I heard they now have central air conditioning!!
Regardless, I have never seen the inside of the house, but the outside was very attractive. At least it was until it was all burnt up. I'm sure it will look nice after the summer.
Here at Miami, Sigma Chi's are stereotypically big guys, same with Theta Chi. Either of them are the usual Puddle Pull champions during Greek Week and our Pledge Puddle Pull (but we won last year, woohoo!)
