We do an Alpha Week in my chapter. On Bid Day, our new members get Dolphin Sisters to bond with until they receive their Bigs.
During Alpha Week, the different classes each get a day to plan an activity for the chapter to do with the new members. It's all about all-house bonding.
Last Alpha Week (right around Valentine's Day) we did Sardines with the Seniors, Valentines/S'mores with the Juniors, Henna tattoos with the Sophomores, and Movie Night with the Freshmen.
Sometimes Dolphins give the girls presents, as well as the New Member Educator, but we save the Big Gift giving for Big/Little reveal week.
