Dina said something about "it didn't work" or "nothing came of it" or something like that while Caroline was talking & crying....
My first thought was Danielle tried to pull a Tanya Harding and tried to sabotage her business or something? But then that didn't make sense because idk how she would do that... I don't even think Danielle has a job.
