Would you break up a physical fight between a couple??

Hello all. I'm not new to GC cause I've been reading these posts for years but I saw this thread and i just had to join in!

Well:

A woman and a man: I'd call the police or a strong looking dude in the vicinity to calm the situation down

Two dudes: sit back at a safe distance and watch...if guns come out: I'm out!!!

Two Girls: now that's a whole different story. I am neither watching a fight nor breaking one of them hos up anymore! I've learned my lesson with that. here's the story:

So two weeks before i left for college (07) there was a big party with some people from my high school. I personally felt like i was too old to be there being a recent high school graduate but me and a few of my friends went cause we knew the girl throwing it. Now everybody knew my friend let's call her K didn't like this girl named N but N came to this party anyways. The week before the party N was going around telling people that K and my other friend J wanted to jump her when J never really even had a problem with the girl since she played sports with her. I didn't have a problem with N either since she also played sports with me. As a matter of fact I had a short conversation with N.

Well after the party i went to get my car and pull it up front so i didn't have to wait for my slow ass friends. some words were exchanged and J got in the car and said "oh lord some mess finna go down!" i said "well let's get out of here then." Then K hops in the car all mad and was like N over there talkin this and that. Sure enough N was standing outside the car with a group of people just poppin off at the mouth. So my messy ass say, "so you just gone let here talk to you like that huh. Tha'ts just disrespectful" After i said those word K got her behind out the car and got in N's face. SOme other chicks got too close and looked like they were about to jump so me and J got out of the car to calm the situation down. as soon as we got to the circle K hit N. turns out with all that talk neither K now N could fight for crap. but my friend K WAS getting it handed to her lol so me and J broke it up.

Just as we are leaving for the car and the whole situation was calmed down, these 2 big, i mean HUGE girls came and beat the N the hell up. Now I saw them coming and i tried to stop it but they were just too big and N didn't see their faces because she was walking away when she was attacked. when the police came some girl who had previous beef with my friends and I told N that it was us who jumped her. So N pressed charges.

And guess who was over 18 at the time...me. and guess who got charged even though i didn't do antyhing and I hadn't had at least a detention in two years and was on scholarship in college...me.

that is why i will neve break up a fight again!
