No, it's him. He's just trying really really really hard and maybe wasn't as drunk this time around. Looks at his other posts too. Classic Earp phrases and interests. Classic spelling errors. Jumped right in as a new member with common GC acronyms that aren't so common IRL. Definitely Earp.
