Lots and lots of lotion. Make sure you keep your skin hydrated. The worst is a week or two later when you start shedding like a snake. The lotion will keep your skin soft so you won't peel as much. And, don't burn again.
Wish I knew when I was younger how badly sunburns can affect you. I had a lot of bad sunburns growing up so now I have to constantly check for new freckles or moles and make sure they're ok.
