I believe most if not all "reality" shows are far from actual reality, but that's just me. It's all for TV and ratings.

I want to smack whoever OKed this ridiculous validation of this woman's act of stupidity. Doesn't whoever is doing this get that this is EXACTLY what this headcase wanted when she decided to have eight babies in the first place?
