I would suggest going to their respective fraternities' national websites, or their college's extracurricular activities website and then finding a link to their chapters' websites (hopefully they have one), and usually the brothers' email addresses are posted...or if they have a message board/guestbook, you can sign it and send a shoutout and hopefully one of the brothers sees it and lets your friends know that someone's looking for them
Also,sometimes school websites have a search engine directory thingie where you can search for students' email addresses. that's another good way to try to contact 'em. I know I did THAT to look up a high school crush's addy
