I've watched a couple of episodes, especially after seeing JK8 highlighted on Talk Soup.
I have to speak about this part of the interview:

"Jon is having difficult times realizing that you can't go to the grocery store without people whipping out their cell phones, calling everyone they know and taking pictures of you," she said. "He is dealing very poorly with it ... and these things are making him realize, 'Oh, my gosh, I cannot go anywhere without everyone knowing who I am.'"
This show has been on how long? How many places do they visit around the country for speaking engagements? They've been in People, EW, the cover of Good Housekeeping, etc.
All of that, and Kate still wants us to believe that Jon is just now realizing the level of their celebrity status? I call shenanigans.
