I have brothers in my own chapter who are openly gay. I don't agree with their lifestyle and have been very candid with them about it. But, I love them as brothers of Theta Chi apart from the choice they've made. To me, it's the same as if they were fans of a sports team that I personally hated, for example. When you differentiate brothers for one reason or another, you make divisions in the very thing that unites us.

If you think one should not be called brother because he happens to disagree with your deviant and unnatural lifestyle, I submit that it's YOU who are not worthy of the Theta Chi name.

Since Scissorhands hasn't posted in almost 3 years, and only posted 7 times in the 3 or 4 months he was here, I don't think he's going to see your response. And since no one else had posted in this thread in 2 years . . . .
