I wouldn't believe it for a second.

This also goes for the rumor going around saying that the Library of Congress has a collection of our beloved rituals. I know I saw it somewhere, but the LOC actually wrote an official statement denying these allegations.

The historical value of each GLO ritual rests within the GLO itself, not the general public.
