Tell us about the first Alpha Kappa Alpha event you ever attended...

The first AKA event I EVER attended was a Read-In in celebration of Black History month. It was sponsored by my mom's chapter and I was only 8.

Once I got to college, the first event I attended on campus was a book club meeting. I don't remember the book, but I remember my friends and I were scared to death. It went well, and I was very impressed with the chapter.
