We actually had an unwritten but said in chapter rule that if we were walking by a sister in public, we said hi-even if you were fighting. There is a lot to be said about keeping the drama behind closed doors. It also help dissipate a lot of the drama as well, because it's hard to stay mad when you are forced to communicate with each other.
