Hahahahaha, my six pack isn't quite there, but i'm sure by summer's end i'll be sporting rock hard abs. I read somewhere that Janet Jackson does 600 situps a day!

As i've said earlier, if I was working shift-work manual labor like I did for the last two summers, this routine wouldn't be possible.
