According to this article on TMZ, the driver of the car was an Alpha Chi Omega at Cal State fullerton.

This apparently is another in a line of far too many drunk driving accidents.

Again...if you're drunk, don't drive. It's really that simple. If you're drunk and you get behind the wheel of a car, you're operating a very heavy, very dangerous weapon.
