PiKA I do agree with you, it would serve you better to aim that comment to madmax since he believes that dumping ALL welfare recipients would be the way to go.

Besides, you know these threads tend to wander.

This is no shock considering the dire straights some families are in now because of the economy. We are going to have more people needing/seeking public assistance than we've seen maybe in our lifetime. Hopefully the public assistance finds itself in the hands of real people in need who need food and shelter for their familiars and not someone looking for their next rock.
