How do I make someone terminally depressed? Do I keep attacking them until they can't take it anymore? Everytime I try, they end up going to the spa.

I am 9 influence points away from level 20. How did you guys go up in levels so fast? It's taking me forever!

You basically have to have perfect timing- you need to attack them enough so that their Confidence hits 0. But that can really only happen if you attack them at the same time as another person, so they can't go to the Spa. It's really just a game of luck.
