I wouldn't use any questions where you pick out someone else in the room. It's meant to be very personal. Change it around instead to "What place would represent you, and why?"

Some questions we used were:
- What was your proudest moment?
- What was your most embarrassing moment?
- What are you afraid of?
- What is something you love?
- What is something you hate?
- How does your life reflect the creed/motto/etc.?
- What is your favorite memory of XYZ?
- What is a quality you wish you had?
- What is something you dislike about yourself?
- What is something you like about yourself?
- Who has had the most significance in your life?
