It is amazing! But, just to clarify....I'm not talking about size. I'm talking about either how beautiful and well kept they are...or how rich in history...like for example....the Sigma NU house at KU is the old governor's mansion...it's said to be haunted. lots of little nooks and crannies to get lost in....on purpose or not... think Rose Red.....heeeheeehee....

If I remember correctly, the first addition to the Phi Psi house was made after one of their long-time house cooks won the lottery and donated around $1 million to the gentlemen. See it pays to be nice to your house directors/moms, cooks/chefs, cleaning personel, etc....
