My first instinct is to avoid Uggs. I personally love them, but go for a more sophisticated look over comfort. If you're comfortable in heels wear them, but a classy pair of flats will be your best bet.

I can guarantee that some PNMs will wear Uggs. I think this falls in the same category as Juicy sweatsuits...you will see people wearing them, but why knowingly put yourself on the low end of the dressiness bell curve? Some women in some chapters might think it's too casual.
